EA has a completely unintuitive site, with constant server problems, ill thought out customer service (or...very WELL thought out to separate you from your money). It's been over 24 hours for me, too, and no game in sight (hell, no SITE in sight)... never again

Re: The EA Experience (EA Store)

24 hours to get a game?
Their email just says to go to the web site and find the game to download.
The chat support actually quoted Douglas Adams to me - "sorry for the inconvenience."

Re: The EA Experience (EA Store)

Yep.... Switching email addresses seems to equal loss of games. Now I cannot download the games I purchased. This might also be because of their 6 month limit thing (their reasoning behind that is they can keep it on their servers for 6 months, and paying the extra money will mean they can keep it on their servers for 2 years, but it's obvious that it costs them nothing to house a file on a server).

I still buy through EA, only I buy the physical copies. No worries there. But EA's Download service is just horrible.

Re: The EA Experience (EA Store)

must be the bad karma for buying something like "the sims" ;)
